The Naturalist offers FREE USPS Ground Advantage Shipping on orders over $100 (before tax) within the contiguous U.S.

We ship from California, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders ship the same day, and all orders go out within 72 hours. Please allow 2–8 business days for delivery.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We’re a small team and currently ship within the U.S. only. We hope to expand in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If something’s not right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on any regular-priced items. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. A washed item is considered "used" and not eligible for return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, simply send back the original item to us (see address below). Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll send your replacement free of charge.

Returns for Refund

• The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
